A quick biography- I grew up in Southern California, graduated from Colorado College and went on to get my Masters in Education from the University of California Irvine. My education continued to expand into the fields of Wellness/Nutrition, Personal Training, and Spiritual Direction. I have lived all over the country and currently call Seattle, Washington home. I am first and foremost a Mother to my four children, a job that started in 1999 (and ends never).

I consider myself a “mechanic” of the human experience and find myself in the privileged position of loving my work. In addition to working with individuals on their own personal goals, as a life coach I offer Parent Coaching, Crisis Management, Couple/Family Support, and assist with navigating Divorce.
